Your order will be shipped directly from the artisan's workshop or studio usually within 3 business days of receiving the order.

We're a co-op of independent artisans. Occasionally shipping your order may be delayed. We will notify you if this delay might exceed 10 days. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time contact us as shown above and we will resolve the problem promptly.

Most products are shipped US Postal Service. This is shown when ordered. Where possible, a tracking number will be provided once the the product is shipped.
